Keyes Community Services District charges a deposit for water and sewer for each dwelling.  The deposit for water is $125.00 and the deoposit for the sewer is $125.00.  If you are a home owner you will get your deposit returned to you after you pay your bill for 12 consecutive months.  If you are a renter your closing bill will be taken out of your deposit and then the remainder will be returned to you.
